Scrapbooks & Stamps class

Have a Scrapbooks and Stamps class to teach tomorrow morning...I'm so excited. I'll post pictures of the layouts tomorrow after the class. Then I need to make up the layouts for my Quickutz class next week....got lots of scrapbooking to do! :-)

I wanted to re-post these to see if the stamped images are any clearer.......Yay, it worked!!!

Ok, so I missed 2 days....the hubby still hasn't finished my project, but I'm so excited...he did make me 2 acrylic blocks for overly large stamps! I haven't had a chance to use them yet....hopefully this weekend. :-)

Day 5

Ok, so I didn't get everything done that I wanted/needed to do today. Spent some time relaxing with my mini-monster, took the Hump Day Layout to the store...not sure if it's going to be this week's or next weeks layout, had to go to the bank.....the one thing I didn't do that I REALLY, REALLY should have done was work on my on-line course. I'll try to work on that some tomorrow before I go to work. The hubby is currently in the process of making a backdrop/frame kind of wall hanging to be the background of my photo taking for my layouts, but he hasn't gotten it finished yet so I haven't taken the pictures that I wanted to do this week...will have to get on him!

Day 4

Finished making up the Hump Day Layout kits after work today. Whew.....that one took a while, lots of little pieces, but it's soo cute! The kids have tomorrow off.....and so do I! Hmmmm....where could I go to save my sanity? ;-D I think I'll play with my new QK dies.....

Day 3

I spent today working on the Wednesday, Hump Day, layout for the store (Scrapdoodles). I also went to the preview of the Quickutz holiday release.....can't wait to play with the new dies!!! This week, when I'm not at work, I will take new pictures of my recent projects and get them uploaded.

Day 2

I know, I know, this was a close one....but I still made it on here to post before midnight!!! ;-) HAPPY HALLOWEEN everyone. I am working on taking/fixing pictures that I can upload to my blog of projects and ideas that I've been working on or have done in the past. Most of the ones I have you can't see very well once they are on here, I've been trying.

The backgrounds on these layouts were done with rubber/acrylic stamps, ink, paint, and patterned paper.

Day 1

So I've read that it takes 3 weeks to train yourself in a new habit (but a lot longer to get rid of a bad one...go figure) so today is Day 1 of training myself to post on my new blog....let's see how long I keep it up! ;-D
